on the planet that could withhold pizza in the face of that look." Lee said,
taking a new slice of pizza and devouring it unselfconsciously.
Even the kitchen went quiet as people ate. Lee passed slices to Lincoln
from the box on her lap and matched him slice for slice. She might be small
but she ran marathons and she could put away as much as anyone when she was
in the mood. And she was absolutely in the mood tonight.
Eventually the box was empty and Lee sighed happily, licking the grease off
her fingers. "That was amazing." She said, eyes lidded. "I'm going to fall
into a food coma and sleep for a week but it was absolutely worth it."
